After navigating through the seven seas amidst turbulent waves, we prepare to bid farewell to 2023. A new cycle, rich in symbolism, two thousand and twenty-four, in its sum, the number 8. The year of the finitude of things, of new beginnings, of balance between the material and the spiritual… of freedom!

In 2024, the S.O.M. Festival lands on firm ground: Libertália! Together, we will explore this new world that holds secrets to be unveiled and experienced by us.

WHAT IS LIBERTÁLIA?

The concept we developed for S.O.M Festival 2024 takes us to a land where beings live freely and can express their thoughts and emotions with equality, free from any judgments, united with the symbolism of infinity, the sum of the number 8.

S.O.M Festival 2024 invites you to this new beginning, in this refuge land, for a new reality without fear, oppression, or judgment. Where true freedom is not utopian, and people are free from theirs egos.

It is time to leave behind all that no longer serves, and seek balance between the physical and spiritual world.

Let us greet those we haven’t seen in a while and harmonize the vibrations amidst the native forest of Trancoso. When the sun rises, we will together embark on the exploration of this new land.

Trancoso is sun, nature, and ancestry. Where it all began. Where Brazil was rediscovered, a diverse and colorful land.

On the beach, in the forest, by the river, or on the enchanted cliffs of Trancoso, we will take everyone to the maximum provocation of their senses.

We chose the region of Trancoso, Bahia, due to our intimate connection and synergy with the location. It's where we feel at home.
